Pomles Ltd was created on the 14th December 2007 by two friends who had decided that it’s time for them to act on their dreams of having a social networking site that will be accessible to the whole community of Africa, its descendants, anyone with links with Africa both home and abroad.

For two years we have been saving and planning to launch this social networking website and now our dreams have come true. We are currently limited with our finances however our vision is to create awareness of the existence of this social networking website and for All African communities including descendants to share information by using our website to advertise through classified, networking, dating, video broadcast and much more. To show we are committed to this cause, this website membership is free

We feel strongly it's time for Africa to have a strong and competitive social networking website that will unify and uplift both native Africans and those of the African diaspora, as part of a "global African community”.  And we shall continue improving with the latest technology. We can’t do these ourselves and we would like to request sponsorship from members of the site, business investors, policy planners and persons who are passionate about this project and believe in what we are doing.  We are currently working on implementing conferencing within 6 months.  We are also looking at translating this website to other spoken languages in Africa.
